This story can be rather uncompromising when it comes to topics of abuse and death: as this world, especially back then - spared no one. As such, it can't be suited for the faint-hearted people: it's not the story for everyone. Yet if you're willing to weather it through it... perhaps you'll find happiness within.
Another thing to keep in mind that in spite of it being an on-going series: currently the status of Mahou Project (especially "Mahou Chronicles" novel series) is PROTOTYPE.
What does that entail?
That means that the series you're witnessing right now is not in its "final" state. Mahou Chronicles was intended to be a Visual Novel experience; but had to compromise to be a "web novel series" format. Since this is the first serious attempt at upkeeping a continuous story - some roughness is to be expectected. However publicising the work will allow the creator to not only share their story; but also - to have a first "literary foray" for honing writing abilities. Visual Novelization of "Mahou Chronicles" (which will be made after the initial foray is done) is intended to be a definitive edition; however it'll take a while until this venture takes its legs due to real life intervention (FAQ page will be prepared eventually™).

Mahou Project is a web-series created by ALePH_D which follows several characters throughout the story. Currently we're working on "Mahou Chronicles" - a web-novel series focused on five main characters going through their tumultous life.
