From my drawer, I find a deck of Hanafuda cards I owned. Surprised to see them still in-tact after all those years.
???: 10... 20... 30... 40... All forty-eight!
I like Hanafuda cards because they're much more compact and prettier than those European ones. Those look tacky and uninteresting.
Putting my sorting boxes aside, I began to sort my cards.
So pretty... How come THEY are not the mainstream cards?! They come with such elegance, meaning and beauty... Not that cheap crap with hearts and spades.
Though I suppose their cheapness is the appeal to many...
If only I had a playing buddy with me. I think even the game is much more elegant than those western frivolities.
I wonder if I can make some colourful tricks with them. Some of these should be feasible with them, right?
Ahh... Feeling like a young man again...

Well, if I do end up creating a trick; might as well upload it to NiyaNiya and MeTube - I'll let the world know how cool the Hanafuda cards are!...
